We locate and retrieve: Your order routes automatically to the researcher covering that county. If the document is online, we pull it immediately; if not, our researcher retrieves it at the courthouse.
Quality check and delivery: Our in-house team verifies that the retrieved document matches your request — right property, right parties, right instrument — before delivering it to your portal account. Average turnaround is 48 hours.
